When will my tracking start updating?

Your order is made to order first (see production times on each product page), then shipped. Tracking usually shows its first update 2–3 days after you receive the shipping confirmation email.

Can't find your tracking number?

Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the shipping confirmation email. Still can't find it? Email us at support@afezi.com with your order number and we'll send it right over.

Tracking hasn't moved in a while?

International shipments can pause at customs for a few days — that's normal. If there's been no update for 10 business days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier per our Shipping Policy.
