Products & personalisation

Most of our products are made to order based on the options, text and photos you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of the personalisation you submit and for having the right to use any photos you upload. We may decline content that is unlawful, infringing or offensive.

Orders & payment

All prices are in USD unless otherwise shown. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where fraud is suspected, stock or production capacity is unavailable, or a pricing error occurred — in which case you will be refunded in full.

Production & delivery

Production and shipping times are estimates and described in our Shipping Policy. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs, but we will always help you track and resolve issues.

Returns & refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are handled as described in our Return & Refund Policy, including our 30-day guarantee for damaged, defective or incorrect items.

Intellectual property

All site content (design, text, images, logos) belongs to Waz HyperNetwork LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. You retain ownership of photos you upload and grant us a limited license to use them solely to produce your order.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts located in New Mexico, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
